I created glasses for my dad's birthday and he absolutely loved them! The design had a lake with a Cessna (my dad's a pilot) and some text. I was afraid it wouldn't all print or come out well since there was a lot of detail in a little amount of space, but it came out amazing! I also requested the glasses showed up no later than the estimated delivery date (as my dad was in town visiting for his birthday) and after emailing with the Sales Department, they verifies the glasses would be there in time, and even came a few days early!

I got my husband personalized glasses with our dog's names. The glasses are high quality, and he even mentioned his favorite whisky tastes better out of them. Love that they are engraved so it won't wear off with washes.

Needed a customized gift of engraved glasses ahead of an event. Owing to illness, I had left it to the last minute, and only quality glass engraving were prepared to fulfill the order. They were incredibly helpful during the order process and in communicating throughout the production process. Rush production was a very reasonable uncharged amount and I didn’t have to pay rush shipping. Arrived in plenty of time. The glass was a fantastic weight, substantial without being heavy. However it took two weeks to make it and get it shipped. And then another 4 days with USPS. Super slow.

I have bought this for my nephew, and I think he'll be delighted. My only problem was with shipping. The USPS is so much slower than UPS, Amazon, or any other delivery company. It sat in a suburb of Milwaukee for 46 hours before being taken the 30 miles to my local PO where it arrived on Sunday, when they don't deliver.
The glass itself was smaller than anticipated and I was always under the impression that a monogram had a larger middle initial (last name) and the person's first initial on the left and middle initial on the right. The engraving was all the same size and very small. This was a gift I was excited about and embarrassed when it arrived.
Great quality glass and the etching came out very crisp. Very satisfied.
