I have bought this for my nephew, and I think he'll be delighted. My only problem was with shipping. The USPS is so much slower than UPS, Amazon, or any other delivery company. It sat in a suburb of Milwaukee for 46 hours before being taken the 30 miles to my local PO where it arrived on Sunday, when they don't deliver.
Great quality glass and the etching came out very crisp. Very satisfied.

One glass arrived intact - one glass arrived with the stem broken. The engraving was pretty good, however not all of the prescribed words were engraved.
Also, due to the length of time it took to produce and arrive, I dont have enough time now to get a replacement.
I did order some additional engraved glasses from a different site - these arrived very quickly and also sent me replacements for a couple that were incorrect.

The design is a bit pale and light. I thought it would be bolder. Otherwise, it is good.
I would have preferred the image to be at least 50 percent larger and the font a more noticeable color if possible. To the casual observer, there's nothing special about this glass. You have to hold it quite close to make out the text and image, which diminishes its value considerably. Only a couple weeks in and it's already got scratches. For $35, I expected a lot more.
I had an Issue with a product where I needed the image I submitted to be updated, and a representative got on the phone with me and helped correct this mistake. I appreciate the help!
The worse engraving I have ever seen. It is like a blob of engraving. No defination.
Very blessed with service and end product. I appreciated the additional layer of scrutiny in the picture I initially sent in. The laser etched image on the whisky glasses turned out great! Pricing too is reasonable.
I placed an order for glasses to commemorate the end of an assignment with a fantastic group of people. I requested a proof prior to production, and they were very responsive to the small change I asked for. The finished product was absolutely perfect and made for a wonderful parting gift. Thank you!
The mugs are fine, but the engraving leaves a lot to be desired. Not only is it a very superficial etching, but it's very uneven, some parts of our logo are barely even etched on. Worst of all, the logo is pixelate. If the issue was needing a higher quality image, I wish I was informed as I would have easily been able to provide it. Will most likely find another vendor next time.
The glasses are fine but the engraving was incomplete. An important date was left off which impacts the sentiment behind the engraving. A big bummer.
One of the glasses I received was completely shattered
My order took considerably longer to receive and the glasses do not accommodate 16 ounces of beverage. A typical 16 ounce glass has roughly an 18 ounce capacity to leave room for movement. These glasses hold roughly 14-15 ounces of beverage with no allowance for movement. I attempted to put 16 ounces in the glass and spilled roughly 1-2 ounces. It was undersized.
That being said, the glass itself seems to be of quality manufacturing and the engraving is satisfactory.
It took over a month to receive my coffee mugs making the gift late. The company did not communicate with me. The only reason I knew when the late deliveey would take place was because I called & emailed them. Upon calling, I was told for the first time the reason for the delay. It's the companies responsibility to notify the customer, not keep customers in the dark. They offered me no refund.
When I finally received the mugs, I was disappointed with the etching on one of the two mugs. The quality was not as expected.
