Good quality, good communication throughout process
It took a little longer to get here but i was very pleased with the quality. We had our company logo out on them and they look very professional in our office. We chose the brown leather ones. We also ordered additional to give out to some of our customers as Christmas gifts with our company mugs.
My engraved beer glasses are fine. I thought the engraving would pop a little more. They’re fine.
These turned out so goo and were a perfect Christmas gift. Their customer service was also amazing!

I ordered a glass with Anthony Bourdain's face on it and 4 separate quotes. The detail, spacing, sizing, everything was perfect. I thought it was a weird gift but when I got it I knew my mom would like it. Thank you.

They promised my order would be finished before Christmas and they delivered on that promise. The shipping packaged was well done and the wine glasses well-packaged. However, the logo I gave them didn't seem as sharp as I'd hoped, nor as large as expected. AND, they managed to drop a component of the logo I supplied (a thick bar at the bottom). If there was some reason for this, I wasn't informed about it.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Quality Gas’s Engraving, and their products and engraving are very high quality.
I had made a mistake in placing the order, and very attentive staff caught my error and we got it all straightened out; something that AI couldn’t and wouldn’t have done.
It’s so refreshing to have human interaction in this day of robotics.
I give my highest recommendation to these folks, and will definitely order from them again in the future.
