This order was a gift for my sister-in-law. It was shipped directly to her, so I only got to see a picture. She loves it! The size and quality of the crystal wine glasses is wonderful, and the personalized engraving is just perfect. The order shipped much faster than scheduled! I thought the order would take a few weeks (5-10 biz days stated on website), but order was completed in a day (not including delivery). It's probably b/c I had a small order (10 glasses), but I appreciate the honesty in the website description in setting my expectations. The product is as described - personalized etching is great and the glasses are "normal" beer glasses: good weight, usual height and diameter.

We are beyond happy with how our mugs turned out. Our logo has multiple gradients and was designed for the web, so we were understandably concerned about how it would translate to an engraved halftone on the side of a coffee mug.
It looks and feels amazing. Hard to capture in photographs, but you can see how the light reflects in the close-up.
Also, shout-out to the production team for turning our order around quickly and getting it to us early. Very much appreciated and we can't wait for an opportunity to re-order.

I did a custom design. The Glass arrived and the design was as expected. My only recommendation would be for the website to offer a preview of the design on the glass. I really had no idea what size it was going to be. I just had to hope.
