I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. They took such special care of my order and walked me through every step of it. I shared that I had several bad experiences trying to get my logo engraved on wine and bourbon glasses in the past, as my logo is very angular, which is tricky to do on a curved glass - they sent me videos and pictures of the process to make sure everything was coming out perfect perfectly and they all showed up well ahead of schedule because I was on a time crunch. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for quality and service and efficiency.

This was my second time ordering from here. My mother in law lifted me a glass from here and I loved it. When we broke it, I ordered a new one. I had artwork done as well as writing. The letters were smaller than I wanted but I figured due to the art work, that the small letters were all that fit. When I decided to order more glasses, I went with just writing, 4 letter to be exact. I figured since it was only 4 letters going on the glass that the letters would be a bigger font size. I was disappointed when they arrived at how small the letters are.
