I ordered a glass with Anthony Bourdain's face on it and 4 separate quotes. The detail, spacing, sizing, everything was perfect. I thought it was a weird gift but when I got it I knew my mom would like it. Thank you.

They promised my order would be finished before Christmas and they delivered on that promise. The shipping packaged was well done and the wine glasses well-packaged. However, the logo I gave them didn't seem as sharp as I'd hoped, nor as large as expected. AND, they managed to drop a component of the logo I supplied (a thick bar at the bottom). If there was some reason for this, I wasn't informed about it.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Quality Gas’s Engraving, and their products and engraving are very high quality.
I had made a mistake in placing the order, and very attentive staff caught my error and we got it all straightened out; something that AI couldn’t and wouldn’t have done.
It’s so refreshing to have human interaction in this day of robotics.

I called about 2 weeks before Christmas with a special request. After researching what I wanted, she said they could make it. When I requested we get it before Christmas, she said they would try but couldn't promise. I got our order 10 days before Christmas. It was exactly what I wanted & in plenty of time. They did a great job!

After calling a couple of times I decided to give Qualityglassengraving.com a try. I needed two tumblers with our school logo and their names engraved however, I waited too long to order. I have searched to find someone who would create a professional etching of our golden retriever on a nice wine glass. Other engravers in the past have not provided a quality product, but Quality Glass did a great job. I started with only one glass to see how the end product looked, and it was perfect the first time (so I ordered more for a full set). I will use them again whenever I can.

Quality Glass did a great job of putting my art on a pair of sturdy On-the-Rocks glasses on a quick turn-around. The recipient was impressed with the gift and all smiles. It didn't hurt that the glasses were followed by a bottle of a quality bourbon.
