We ordered a dozen, and loved them so much, that we ordered a second batch. They are quality glasses.
This is the 2nd order we have placed and received. The mugs are engraved with our logo and look great. The re-order process was simple since they had the logo from our original order still on file. Definitely will order again!

Engraving decent. Glasses seem cheap
I found Quality Glass Engraving online while searching for a custom shot glass for a group of friends. The ordering process was easy and the turn around time was exactly as they advertised. I needed eleven, but ordered twelve. When they arrived, one was broken. The packaging was excellent and should have been enough to prevent breakage. I did take photos and sent to the company. They refunded the cost of the one glass within 24 hours. This company has outstanding customer service.

Glasses were nice! Just keep in mind the look for specific logos (shape/sizing). I would recommend a free proof version just sent in a picture form at least.

I have ordered numerous decanter sets with the Brigade logo. They are crafted very well and I customize for the soldier who receives the decanter set. I love giving these to the soldier due to their quality and appearance.
The order placing was a bit tough at times to know what the picture and font might look like together. Thankfully the staff was able to collaborate a bit and give their suggestions, ending off with a nice product.

I really love the rock glasses that Quality Glass Engraving made. Tom from customer service was very helpful with my design questions. You don't always know what to expect just by looking at pictures. But, I was pleasantly surprised. My son and his friends will get to enjoy these rock glasses well passed his bachelor weekend. Now everyone involved will have a memento of his bachelor party. I can't wait for all of them see how cool these are.
I received my order for engraved shot glasses. I was very happy with the weight and quality of the glasses, especially since these are gifts for family.
