After a hiccup on availability of our preferred glasses they contacted me and we worked out a good alternative. Then our need date put pressure on them which we worked through with shipping acceleration. They worked this hard with frequent emails and texts including after hours. Highly recommended….and the glasses are beautiful!

We were so pleased to find Quality Glass, and were happy with the outcome of the project (4 etched glass margarita glasses). It took a little longer than anticipated to receive the proof and the glasses, but worth the wait.
Shipped in a reasonable amount of time given the time of year. Not the most solid mug I’ve heard but nice enough for the price. Work was solid as far as replicating the submitted image and being centered and legible. Website worked well enough to submit images. All in all, happy with my purchase and would use again in the future if I were looking for a similar product.
Made an order and provided a fairly straightforward logo to be used on these glasses. I also requested a proof and glad I did. The easy logo was apparently very difficult to etch onto the glass I chose. However, the sales and production teams worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied and went above and beyond to make adjustments and tweaks to get it right. I have the utmost faith that you will be satisfied as well. I am 100% certain that even had I not done a design proof that the team would have reached out to make sure I was happy rather than slapping a logo on and saying “not my problem”. If I ever have any additional gift or etching designs on glassware I am going here to have it completed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and team to work with. My experience is what good customer service should be and I wish they could teach it to everyone out there as it is becoming a lost art form. Cheers to QGE and their incredible teams!

I couldn't be happier. The glass was exactly what I ordered. My oldest son and his brother always fight about who's glass is who's. Now, there is no mistaking which one is his. Yall saved me quite a few future headaches lol.
I love the design but upon receiving the final product the font is so small you can hardly read the inscription. I wish there were a way to see it actual size!

The glasses were beautiful and exactly what I ordered.
The turn around time is great, but the proof shows the sizing and placement of the design, but not how legible it will be when printed. No one at the company bothered to indicate the design was not legible, or make any recommendation for making it so.
This is my 4th order from this company. All products are well made, and I look forward to my next order. The engraving is legitimate and well done. My only concern was my last order, which was not packaged well, so the glass could have been broken like the last order. However, all was good with these glasses as they are very thick.
The glass is nice enough, but the engraving I paid for is invisible. The proof, which you must pay for, shows sizing and placement but not exactly what the design will look like. Despite being easy to reach prior to my order delivery, no one has responded to my complaints about the glasses.

This order was a gift for my sister-in-law. It was shipped directly to her, so I only got to see a picture. She loves it! The size and quality of the crystal wine glasses is wonderful, and the personalized engraving is just perfect. The order shipped much faster than scheduled!
