I ordered a letter engraving with a design on a wine glass. While the glass is very fragile and mine broke the same day the customer service here is amazing and great and they replaced it quickly. Thank you excited to use these for many more dinners!
I ordered engraved glasses for an event and I am very pleased with the quality. I also made changes after I placed my order and they were very helpful in adding the items to my order.
Bride and Groom comissioned artist to make a wedding crest. I had originally sent it to another engraver to have etched onto wine goblet. The final product was impossible to see. I then reached out to Quality Glass,sent them the crest as I had with precious company. Quality Glass took the time and made minor adjustments and produced 2 perfect wine goblets. I will surprise the bride and groom by having them placed at their sweetheart table at reception.
These glasses were an ideal gift for our wedding party. We were able to customize with our initials and location/date in the font of our choosing, uploaded as an image. The image came out crisp, with even the finest parts of the lettering engraved well. Glasses also arrived within 7 days of ordering, even with a proof approval!
The cups were clearly made with attention to details and care. They followed my directions very well!
I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. They took such special care of my order and walked me through every step of it. I shared that I had several bad experiences trying to get my logo engraved on wine and bourbon glasses in the past, as my logo is very angular, which is tricky to do on a curved glass - they sent me videos and pictures of the process to make sure everything was coming out perfect perfectly and they all showed up well ahead of schedule because I was on a time crunch. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for quality and service and efficiency.
