Overall I was happy with the product that was (eventually) delivered. I think the shipping & handling fees were a bit excessive, but I went ahead with the purchase anyway.
When I received my shipping confirmation email I noticed that it was being shipped USPS instead of UPS Ground, which I had paid for. I contacted the company and they were able to ship it with FedEx instead. However, I was never able to get a tracking number from them. My email requesting one went unanswered. I texted them and was told I should have gotten an email with that info, well I didn't. They promised to get back to me and never did. It finally arrived about a week later, which is pretty slow for FedEx.
Great professionalism in communication and product deliverance. I am thoroughly satisfied and would definitely be my first to shop, should I need engraved glassware. Thank you very much.

My ssin got this water bottles to go to Cooperstown, and it doeswirk. The straw doesn't work, how come??? Beautiful bottle but bad quality, very disappointed.
Great product, fast service and shipping. Arrived much earlier than expected, and the glassware is typical barware that you'd expect to be served from in restaurants. Staff works with you and communicates via email through each step of the process.
I don't have a picture of what the glasses look like, but the recipients were amazed and loved them. Other places have a few designs to pick from, but these were 100% customizable with my own graphics which was amazing.
Order came quick and delivered as promised. Quality was exceptional.

Love the glass. Use for white and red. I foolishly thought it was a set, not just one wine glass which is on me but disappointing because shipping is expensive.
