Meh But Okay
I placed my order a bit over a month until Christmas. I requested a proof, and despite it being an extra $5, I'm thankful I did because it was entirely wrong (wrong sizes, placement, and font). I checked my order, and everything there was right, so it was definitely a design flaw. The proof didn’t arrive three days after Christmas, which was irritating, but understandable being the holiday season. This meant it took 35 days to slap the designs and letter font I picked from their website onto my glass. Like, really? What program are you using that doesn’t let you make your design before a purchase is made?
Once I got the proof and emailed them back within minutes of what errors needed to be fixed, it took another week for me to get the second proof with the changes. I confirmed the second proof because it was finally correct. Then I went thirteen days without hearing anything. Never got an email my glass was going into production. Never got an email it was being shipped. Never got a tracking number. Never got a delivery confirmation.
I called the company on the seventh and tenth days to ask what was going on, but no one picked up; my voicemails went unanswered, too.I didn't even know the package had arrived until I came home and it was on my porch. There was a large gash in the box. Thankfully, however, there were packing peanuts inside, as well as another box also filled with packing peanuts and the glass itself. It’s beautiful! I wish the company had better customer service, and were faster in production. All in all, I’d recommend ordering from Quality Glass, but only if you have the patience of a saint and the time of an immortal.
